Schedule: Full Time – Hours vary M-F 6:45am- 5:30pm Saturday 7:30am-3:30pm

We are currently looking for outgoing, compassionate individuals who are eager to learn and ready to dive into a family environment where every day is focused on helping pets and their people.  As a VETERINARY CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR), you will be working alongside the veterinarians, the credentialed veterinary technicians, and many other veterinary professionals to provide a high level of patient care and outstanding client service.  While experience is always helpful, we are committed to developing you to your highest potential.  At Noah’s, training doesn’t end after your onboarding…we are dedicated to providing structured training and professional development.   So, if this is brand new to you or if you have been handling client concerns for years, your time with us will be structured, full of growth opportunities, and you will have clear expectations from your team. As a Noah’s CSR, you may be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the day in addition to providing professional communication to the clients.  The front desk is more than answering phones and putting pets and their owners into exam rooms…our Client Service Representative program will test your limits. When clients call about flea medications, therapeutic diets, or even emergency triage, you will be the calm in the middle of a storm, guiding them to the answers they are seeking. You will be more than a friendly smile or voice…you are part of a team of professionals looking to always put the needs of the pet and the pet’s family first.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year veterinary clinic related experience required with client service preferred.
