About the Position

Full time position, must be available M - F 8a-6p and every other Saturday 7:45a-1:30p

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and friendly individual to be the first point of contact for our clients as a Client Service Representative. Dedicated to providing high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations in every interaction, your mission is to be the guide for our clients through the entire visit process. As a CSR you will be a loyal advocate for our clients, a creative problem-solver, and a collaborative team member. You will have the opportunity to continually improve our patient experience, working alongside team members passionate about the animals we serve and the families who love them.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of related experience as a Veterinary CSR
  • Ability to maintain a positive professional demeanor in client interaction
  • Energetic, friendly, able to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience (professional or volunteer) with pets (excluding personal pets)
  • Must be comfortable around a wide variety of dogs and cats
  • Experience using multiple phone lines
  • Experience in veterinary field
