Noah’s Animal Hospitals, a family owned group of animal hospitals based in Central Indiana, are currently taking applications for openings in our newly opened client assistance center.  Job duties will include handling incoming phone calls from clients, scheduling pets for appointments, and providing basic pet health information, such as vaccine requirements, parasite prevention, or even information about dentistry or nutrition!  Our foundational core value is that we always Put the Needs of the Pet and the Pet’s Family First, so ideal candidates will have exceptional phone skills, understand the importance of empathy and compassion when dealing with concerned pet owners, as well as an extraordinary ability to handle multiple phone lines with strong attention to detail.  Experience working at a veterinary clinic is preferred, but not required.
